Charge 3 won't sync to my iPhone

My Charge 3 is not connecting to my iPhone.  
ive updated my phone.  Turned off Bluetooth and turned it on again

its working sporadically

Thank you! It’s driving me mad, endless attempts at re starting etc. So I will contact them - fingers crossed!

I've had this problem since Sunday. I rebooted both my phone and watch, but it doesn't fix anything.

I"m having the same problem.  Also, my time is off by 10 minutes.

It says it finds my tracker, but will not connect.  Then it says I have to enter a 4 digit code, but my phone doesn't tell me any code.

This is extremely frustrating.

After I tried endless ways suggested to sync mine (Charge 3/iPhone) I finally emailed Fitbit directly and explained my issue. 

even though I didn’t have a purchase receipt they offered a replacement device. Immediately sending via email a pre paid postal label to print. I had to email the postal tracking number once sent. 

I was sent a new device within days. Excellent customer support without quibble. They must know they have a problem with syncing.

I tried everything before I actually contacted Fitbit support
They had me try to do everything that I had already done but with no luck
They sent me a replacement Fitbit too
Absolutely brilliant customer service
