I synced my Charge 3 to my phone and it worked just fine. I got a new phone and now it won't sync. I've turned the old phone off. I've downloaded the Fitbit app on my new phone. When I try to sync, it sends the 4 digit code to my fitbit, but won't connect. I just get a message that says it's taking longer than normal. I've restarted my phone, rebooted my watch, deleted and re-downloaded the app, and turned the Bluetooth off and back on. Please help!

Hi @Mikkahaynes, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 3 won't sync with your new phone. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
In addition to the information that asked my friend @Odyssey13, I'd like you to try a long restart. To do so on your device, follow the steps below:
