Charge 3 won't sync to my phone

My phone is not syncing as keeps stating be patient as sync data but been 3 days and still not working. Can anyone advise? Not updated since 7th Sept

Hi there @SunsetRunner, it's nice to see you around the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 3 hasn't been syncing in the last few days, I understand where your concern is coming from and how you must be feeling. 

Are you getting any error message when you try to sync your tracker? Have you checked if your Charge 3 is still paired to your Fitbit account? Also, I wondered if the mobile device you're syncing with is included in our list of supported devices? You can see the list at: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?

If your tracker got mistakenly unpaired, please set it up again by following the steps at: How do I set up my Fitbit device?. On the other hand, if your tracker is connected but refuses to sync, follow these troubleshooting steps: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
