Charge 3 won't sync with my iPhone

Since the latest update my iPhone cannot locate my Charge 3 so doesn't sync. Any suggestions?

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor your tracker during the next 24 hours and see if it syncs properly.
