It says it's higher than it is, so sleep and calories trackers are off too.

Hi @frannieloujorda, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Charge 3 since it's not tracking your heart rate, sleep and calories accurately.

 

Please restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your heart rate.

 

Finally, monitor your Charge 3 and see if it tracks your heart rate, sleep and calories properly.

Since Oct 22, my Charge 3 is not accurately recording my heart rate, ie yesterday it said rate was 200.  This does not compare with other monitors I use.  Also Calorie count grossly inflated and sleep monitor affected.  Restarted watch multiple times and it did not correct. Very disappointed with performance of Fitbit and this issue as Fitbit is only 14 months in use.  I have been loyal customer of Fitbit since your very first model, a simple clip on step tracker.  Please resolve this issue!!!!
