I bought a Charge 3 specifically for the HR function and in short, it doesn't work.
Today is my first day or trying to use it.
I have measured my HR at 48-52 while the fitbit measures it at anywhere between 72 & 105 which is wildly inaccurate.
The app also says there is no HR data and I have to manually sync it every time I open the app.
I have tried wearing it on either wrist, both ways up, higher or lower on my arm, tighter or looser, and it makes no difference.
Every now and again it measures accurately for a minute or two before going off the scale again.
I have done the suggested fixes which involve restarting, turning the HR function on/off and it has made no difference.
As it stands this is totally useless and I will be returning it if it cannot be fixed, are there any other suggestions or fixes to try first? Currently very disappointed in the product - it should 'just work' right?
