I am having issues with my charge 3 the green light is not on and it is no longer reading my heart rate.
I have tried all the steps including resetting the charge 3 I got the smiley face but still there's no change with watch.

I JuanJo thank you for responding me.
I have tried changing the wrist that my Fitbit is placed on. I have reverted black the the original rubber strap that the Fitbit came with.
I have my location on using my app.
And finally I have placed the Fitbit in the charge cradle and reset it. All with no change the light it not coming on and there's no change in the heart rate reading.
I've also had this issue for well over a week now even when I sync it up with the app there's no reading as evidence that is it not working.
Any furth help would be great
