Charge 3 won’t track steps, location, distance travelled, or accurate calories burned. It also won’t connect to Bluetooth which may be the source of the problem. I have restarted the device multiple times and selected add new device in fitbit app.

Are you asking about through out the day, and no steps are being counted?
