Charge 3 won't turn on, NO green light, won't charge

My charge 3 suddenly just turned off. The button does nothing, there is no green light and charging it doesn't do anything. But, on my phone app it says there is still medium battery. Last synced at the time it turned off.

@EarlBrawley Did you try restarting the Charge 3?  It must be placed on the charging cradle while the charger is plugged in and then hold down the button on the left-hand side of the device for at least 8 seconds.  

 

If that doesn't work, I'd advise you to reach out to Customer Support for further guidance.
