Charge 3 won’t turn on after hard reset to attempt to repair fading screen

I looked through the forum for solutions to fix the fading screen on my Charge 3.  I’ve tried quick resets a few times with no results.  I then tried a hard reset per instructions given to another user with the same issue.  Now, my Charge 3 won’t even turn back on.  While it is difficult to see my screen, I know for a fact that it’s no longer working because even the green light that usually flashes in the back is no longer flashing.  There seems to be no activity from my Charge 3 whatsoever.  So I’m not really sure what my issue is here anymore.  Because even if I fix the issue with it not turning on, the screen is still shot.  Are there any solutions besides a reset or 25% towards a new one?  Because from what I’ve read in the forums and on social media, you don’t get much from a request to replace it, there are no offers for Fitbit to fix it, and I obviously can’t fix it myself.  Is there anything that can be done at all or do I just toss it and go buy somewhere else?

Hi @Snowbuni  all you can do is try customer support.

when there is someone available, chat is an option. Phone or Twitter works well, too.
