I have the Charge 3. A few months ago it started not keeping a battery as long so I removed notifications and turned off automatic synch. Then the screen started turning black all the time, so I followed the online steps and held down the button and reset. Now it's no longer synching with bluetooth and the screen won't turn on and 3 hours ago it synched and said it had 100% battery life. I've tried all the steps. Uninstall and reinstall fitbit. Remove and setup fitbit. Restarting iphone. Turning bluetooth on and off. Putting the fit bit in and out of charger. Holding down the button to reset fitbit with charger and without charger. Nothing is working. It's like my Fitbit hit the one year mark and decided to die.

Hi @Melanielm, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Charge 3 since it stopped turning on, charging and syncing your data. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I would like to know if your Charge 3 vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your tracker for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
In case the syncing issue persists, please try the troubleshooting steps included in this help page and see if it syncs properly.
Looking forward to your response.
