Charge 3 won't turn on and over heating on charge

My charge started vibrating while I was wearing it then it was unresponsive. I put it on charge in case it was the battery. A smiley face showed up then when I came back to it the fitbit was burning hot. I let it cool down and have tried to reset it but nothing is working it won't turn on at all and it's still getting hot on charge.

Thank you. Its still not responding at all there's no vibration or anything to show its working and I'm scared to put it on charge it seems unsafe.
