Charge 3 won’t turn on, blank screen, random vibration

Starting a few days ago my Charge 3 went blank. When I plug it into the charger it randomly vibrates (sometimes just a nonstop vibration). I have tried both the soft and hard resets but neither work. The screen is just blank - never see the smily face or battery icon. Please help!

Hi DE14, If you purchased your Fit bit Chage 3 with in a year from either Amazon or Fit bit then the device does have a "limited 1 year warranty"... I hope this helps.  Mine had the same issue an I just received my replacement today for the same issue.

Thanks!  Unfortunately I’ve had mine since 2018. Think it’s time I just move onto the Apple Watch. Sounds like there are less issues with that compared to the FitBit.
