Charge 3 won’t turn on, continuously vibrates when trying to reset

My charge 3 will not turn on. I have charged it and tried the long reset but all that happens when I hold down the button is it’s continuously vibrates and that’s it. It does not turn on. I cannot change the clock face as it won’t turn on to sync to the app so I am stuck. Can anyone help me please?

I am having exactly the same problem and can’t seem to find any help anywhere. Haven’t been able to wear the charge 3 for over a month now
