Charge 3 won't turn on, it only vibrates

The screen won't turn on at all, I've tried the reset countless times and it didn't work. This has been happening for around 2 weeks now and I thought that it might turn back on by itself. The screen wasn't turning on last week but it was still syncing with my phone and I was able to tolerate that, however, last Friday it stopped syncing and it just started to vibrate constantly. When i put it on the charger and press on the sides, it just vibrates nonstop. I also noticed that it gets warm when I hold it down and I'm a little worried.

 

I've looked everywhere for answers but i can't find anything. Is there any way to fix this??

Same for me. Started over the weekend, and yesterday it completely quit. I followed the instructions to on another thread to charge it, hold the button down for 15 seconds, remove it and then insert it into the charger again. It vibrates but the screen is still blank. Why is this all of a sudden a problem for so many users. Figure it out!

I have the same issue. The screen is completely blank. Tried the 8 second restart, the 15 second restart and changing the clock face. Nothing appears on the screen, except the smiley face after the 8 seconds. The Fitbit is still syncing to my phone and will still vibrate, but I just can't see anything except a blank screen.

My watch is not syncing. The time is correct, but it is not allowing me to see steps or any of the watch features. Also looked for my steps for the last few days on the app and found that non had been logged since the 14th of this month (March). How can we fix this?

I've also experienced this with my charge 3 since Saturday.  No joy in rebooting just blank screen and complete out of charge.  Fitbit seem to no longer offer live chat support?
