My charge 3 screen won’t turn on. It vibrates when I hit the side button, but the screen stays blank. I have tried unsync and resync with my phone. It does not track steps as when I wore it and moved around then synced it, it said I went 0 steps. I also tried the “long reboot” but it just vibrates When hitting the button and nothing happens after following the steps. Anything else I can try? 🙁

This is my fourth Fit bit and it is once again, not charging. What am I supposed to do? How can you keep making a product that has all of these issues?
