Hi,
I’m having the same difficulties as the user above. My Charge 3, which I received in January of this year, has suddenly stopped charging. I have 5% battery left & the device will not charge, despite cleaning the device & charger & changing where the USB is plugged in to charge. I have been unable to restart the device, presumably bc the battery is too low. Is it a case of a dead charger or is the Fitbit on its last legs after 9.5 months of use?
Of note, there has been a vertical line of pixelation running down my screen since day 1; it looks as though that line has gotten slightly wider & I now have a horizontal line as well. SOS
