Charge 3 won't turn on or charge

I haven't used my Fitbit for months as I lost the charger, I have now purchased another one and charged it over night, it connected to the charger and started charging as normal. It was on this morning but as soon as I put it on, the screen went off. It continued vibrating when I pressed the button on the side, however, now it doesn't and it isn't charging.

 

I have tried resetting it, even tried changing the clock screen via the app as that worked for someone on here, however, nothing is working. 

 

There also seems to be faint red lights on the sensor at the back.

 

Any ideas?!
