I've had my charge 3 for almost 2 years. For the past several months I haven't been wearing it and was sitting in my drawer.
Now, when I put it on the charger, it vibrates but stays blank and won't pair with the app. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but it still can't "find" the charge 3. I've tried the hard reset as well. The watch will vibrate but no smiley face.
Not sure if I can try anything else.
