Went swimming yesterday, charge 3 was flickering and vibrating uncontrollably after and then died and will not recharge. Any advice? I've tried restarting and nothing, thanks.

Hi @Frankienorcross, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 3 stopped turning on and it won't recharge. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they will reply to your email soon in order to follow up and provide a solution. Please keep an eye on your email account.
