Charge 3 won't turn on or take a charge

No lights. Nothing on button press. Nothing on charging. No device found on the Fitbit app (iPhone 6s). It was charged at 30% when it died. I’ve tried the reset but no vibration even. I’ve worn it swimming multiple times without a problem until today.

I left the watch on charge all afternoon and in a container of rice overnight. When I attached it to the charger this morning it didn’t vibrate and was still dead. I decided to retry the reset and got the smiley face, followed by the battery charging. Looks like it is back but obviously it’s not totally waterproof for swimming which is disappointing since I upgraded from the charge2 precisely for that feature.

Sorry, I think I spoke too soon thinking it was back and working. It is charged and displaying but not working. No flashing lights on the back, no steps logging and no wake on a swipe, only button press.
I used the settings icon to do a reboot but still no sensor lights or logging.

Same problem with me, tried all the solutions like cleaning the charging point and watch, nothing’s working. Not getting charged, no display

I’ve given up on this watch even though it’s still under warranty. Currently looking at other brands.
