Charge 3 won't turn on or take a charge

Charge 3 black screen, will not charge and only get the smiley face and vibrate.  I have had this issue for a little over a month.  I've seen over a 103 complaints of this issue on another thread therefore, I'm sure FiBit knows there is an issue but doesn't seem concerned.  The only thing they offered me was 30% off another FitBit which is the same thing they did with the Alta HR band issue of constantly breaking so I upgraded to the Charge 3 now it has an issue.  We pay to much for these thing to last only until the warranty expires and FitBits only solution is we'll give you 20% or 30% off a new FitBit but yu have only 30 days to buy a new one.

Hi @Bigg901, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 3 won't turn on or take a charge. I'm also sorry to hear that it's no longer under the warranty period. The warranty period is good for 365 days, starting from the date of the first setup.

JuanJoFitBit what does FitBit plan to do since this is a known issue with the Charge 3?  Are are customers just stuck with a no working FitBit
