Won’t do anything , won’t charge, won’t vibrate, won’t sync .... nothing at all , my partners is ok mine is not any they were both bought at the same time and are exactly the same ... help please

Hi @GDRich, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Charge 3 since it won't turn on, take a charge, vibrate or sync. I totally understand how you feel about this.
Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your tracker for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
