My Fitbit Charge 3 is dead, a black screen no vibration when I put it on charge & press the side button. Their are no sensory light on or flashing underneath
I know it’s charged it died during my swimming exercise
I have tried everything it suggests on the help but getting nothing
my dashboard is looking for my device, I removed the device from the dashboard but now can’t reload it
Help also i have it under 2 years.

In order to avoid providing the same information, let me know what troubleshooting steps you have tried. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your tracker for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
Finally, try the setting up your Charge 3 from scratch and see if it pairs properly.

Hi I have tried everything you suggested including borrowing my friends charger but nothing is working. The watch is not responding to anything
