My wife's charge 3 is approximately 2 years old and has been working fine.
Due to the COVID lockdown she stopped using it for about 5 months. The battery obviously has gone flat.
When connecting to the battery charger, the device does vibrate as expected. However it does not seem to be charging. It will not connect to the app so I cannot do a reset. If I press the button while it is on the battery charger, the device vibrates for as long as I hold the button, but there is no other response i.e. no smiley face. If I disconnect the battery charger, I get no response no matter how long I hold the button.
Is there something I am missing?
