Let the battery run out as I misplaced my charger. When tried to charge i just get the fitbit logo and 001.

Won't turn on, this is the 3rd fitbit charge 3 that has just stopped working. Of course its now out of its warranty period! Any ideas?

Hi @Botters, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 3 won't turn on and it won't take a charge. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

Please let me know if your Charge 3 vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your tracker for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
