First my Charge 3's battery was going dead extremely quickly (less than a day). And then it wouldn't stop vibrating. This stopped and I was able to use it normally for a few days. Then the battery died. Said it charged but then started vibrating like crazy with the green light flashing in the middle of the night. I finally took it off so I could sleep. The tracker died. Now nothing happens when I plug it in. No smiley face, nothing on the screen. When I look at the back where the green light usually is is red and so is the other spot. Please tell me what to do.

Hi @Tan816, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Since you mentioned that your Charge 3 won't turn on or take a charge, I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your tracker for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life and the issues get fixed.
