Charge 3 won't turn on or take a charge

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hi. I havent worn my charge 3 for a few months. I decided to wear it again, so went to charge it. It has been on "charge" for nearly 24 hours in several different outlets, but nothing.

I have tried all the trouble shooting mentioned in the forums, but nothing.

When I try and reset it, it just vibrates in the cradle as soon as button is pressed, then nothing.

It also won't sync to my phone so can't change faces etc.

Hi @Chumpi_2000, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the unresponsive screen issue that your Charge 3 has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums.

In order to avoid providing the same information, let me know if you also tried the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your tracker again for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

Looking forward to your response.

I have charged my Charge 3 for over 24 hours, and it still won't do anything. I have tried all the trouble shooting mentioned in all the articles.

Hi, I have done all the trouble shooting outlined on the forums, and still nothing is happening. I am really disappointed in the product, and disappointed with customer service as they have not responded to my answer. The charge 3 is just over a year old (so out of warranty), and I am reluctant to spend money to fix/replace it as I've had problems with syncing etc since I got it.
