My charge 3 worked, then I put it on the xharger and when I came back, it was dead. It won't charge. I tried the reset thing and it didn't work. My app says battery empty and software needed. Can this thing be revived? Can I get a replacement? Any help is appreciated.

Before our team checks out replacement options and the warranty status, I'd like know if your tracker vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your tracker for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

Thanks for getting back to me. It does not vibrate at all. All. I also looked at the list of things to try. I already tried several of those options including cleaning the watch and the post on the charger and also a different charger and a different outlet. None of those options worked.
