Charge 3 won't turn on, will only vibrate, tried restarting it with no success

Hi @kennyt74, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the screen issue that your Charge 3 experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums. I totally understand how you feel about this.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone and email. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you will be back on track with a replacement unit.
