Charge 3 won't turn on, won't sync, won't reset. It will vibrate when I push the button. If I hold the button down, it vibrates the entire time. I've changed the clock in the app, but it won't sync, so I'm not sure if that helped anything.

I'd like you to try a long restart. To do so on your device, follow the steps below:
Regarding the syncing issue, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article.
Finally, monitor your tracker and see if the issues get fixed.

I cannot get past step 2. Nothing happens except a long vibrate the entire time I'm holding the button down. When I stop pushing it, nothing happens.

The same thing happened with me. they couldnt fix it, just sent me another one, which pretty much recently failed. I don't understand why they knowingly make such a poor product and don't provide appropriate remedies to repair it
