I am having issues with my Fitbit Charge, the screen won’t come on but there is a flashy green light and I tried to charge and the screen still won’t come on. Why is this happening? I haven’t even had this watch for a month, can you anyone assist?

I charged it now I have nothing on the screen. I did the procedure and still nothing

I have a FitBit Charge 3. The screen went black. It was working earlier today. I put it on the charger & pushed the button for 8 seconds and got nothing. Then I read to put it on the charger & push the button for 15 seconds and then take the Fitbit off the charger & the put it back on the charger it said u should see a smiley face. I still have nothing after doing both of the them. My FitBit Charge 3 is about 3-4 months old.

My fit bit charge suddenly stop working. Charged it and nothing shown on the screen. I perused on net and saw your instruction on his it can work again and I followed it and the SMILE appeared and my fit bit is back.
If you have similar problem put it on the charge, hold the start bottom for about 10 seconds and you will see the smile icon pop up and your fit bit come alive .

I have tried to reset my charge 3 and have done various things to get it to come back on. I have tried the 8 second trick and the 15 second restart. After the 15 seconds I get the black screen and then when I plug it back into the charger I get the smiley face. But the screen still does not come on after that. Any other suggestions.

@Lisa-1963, @Mannieh, @ChiTown18 and @Ann_F, I would like to know if you have tried to change your clock face? If you haven't, I recommend trying this process by following the instructions provide in the help article How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?.
@Levavee, it's great to know that you will be receiving a replacement. At the moment of receiving it, you just need to following the instructions provide in the help article How do I set up my Fitbit device? to set it up.

My charge 3 Won't turn on tried the 8 seconds and the 15 seconds and all I get is a smiley face when I plug into charger. Who can help me

I had to delete the fitbit on my iphone and start over with a new downloaded file. My fitbit is a lemon
