I am having issues with my Fitbit Charge, the screen won’t come on but there is a flashy green light and I tried to charge and the screen still won’t come on. Why is this happening? I haven’t even had this watch for a month, can you anyone assist?

I have a Fitbit Alta HR and love it. Just bought a Charger 3 for my brother and now I can't get it set up. It wont turn on...it wont reset. It's just blank. Can't pair it with his phone. It's been fully charged. What now.

I've tried the reset, I am able to turn off the tracker and then get the smiley face, but then the screen turns blank again.

My Fitbit Charge 3 hasn't been working. I have tried to turn it on and update but it will only vibrate. I can make the smiley face appear but nothing else.

Got in touch with Customer Services on Live Chat yesterday and went through all the troubleshooting again. Still nothing worked, so they are sending me a new tracker!

Thanks. I plugged it in and held it for 15 seconds. Unplugged then plugged it back. It vibrated but the screen stayed blank. I went to the app and changed the clock face. Again I felt it quickly vibrate and the app actually shows the new face of the clock (the Mod Clock) but the screen is still blank. The app shows that it's syncing but very slowly. The arrow icons syncing have been turning for over 5 minutes and still no updated states. But the vibrating must me that it's on and recording right? it's not that the device is not working. I'm just guessing.

Hello, I’ve tried the step and they’re not working. I can’t do the clock step because the app can’t locate my Fitbit. The screen is black & will show the smiley face but it disappears and nothing happens. Please help I’ve enjoyed the Fitbit products
