To start off, I bought my original Charge 3 in December 2018. In August 2019, my original Charge 3 had this white line down the center of the screen. I made a post about it and Fitbit got back to me very quickly and sent me a new one.
Now, this new one has stopped working as well. The screen is all messed up, split in half with each side on the opposite side it’s supposed to be and just looks really glitchy. I can’t see anything clearly. I’ve had this Charge 3 for less than six months, and have now had problems with two Fitbit within a span of 13 months. These things are expensive and I’m not very impressed with how fast they are breaking.
I’ve tried changing the clock face but it wouldn’t even connect to the app. I tried resetting it but now the whole screen is black and won’t turn back on at all.

It's great to see you around, @ninjaturtlegirl.
I understand how are you feeling and appreciate the efforts in trying to fix this display issue. If your tracker isn't turning on, I recommend taking a look at this post and make sure you have followed the instructions provided there.
Let me know the outcome. 🙂

Thank you for your prompt response.
I tried the method in the article suggested and still nothing. The screen stayed black and won’t turn on.

Update: nothing has worked. The screen is completely black, but it still vibrates when I get a text or phone call.
i have resorted to using my old Charge 3, the one with the white line down the centre.
I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of this product.
