It will not vibrate most of the time. When it occasionally does vibrate it will not turn on. Everything has been fine, my old Fitbit stopped vibrating a while back now and I got a new one from the support team.
The new one suddenly started not turning on, the screen was just black and I now realize that for a few weeks it has sometimes been doing what I can only describe as a numb buzz. I felt no vibration but that only happened every few days and lasted at max 10 minutes, so I shrugged it off.
Now it will not buzz at all or turn on, I charged it for around 2 hours, no progress. I have tried restarting it 2 times (using the charger, not on screen as screen is just blank) and nothing has happened. It is like it is completely dead. It won’t sync, either.
I will try putting it on charge overnight to see if it is just a matter of low battery, but I doubt it as nothing happened when I charged it before.
