Charge 3 won't turn on

My Fitbit Charge 3 is saying it is not paired but it is syncing! What’s the difference? Also the screen isn’t working! Help!

I am sorry for the delay in response, due to recent events affecting our operations, support options are limited and wait times are longer than usual.

 

Now about the issue you were experiencing, I would like to know if you keep having it? Is your tracker turning on? Did you make sure that it is setup?.

Hi,
At the moment the screen is working but I don’t get notifications. My phone Is syncing with my phone but is not pairing! What is the difference between the 2?
I’m trying to turn on all day notifications and I’m being told it’s not pairing!
