I'm posting on behalf of my wife. I've read the other postings with regard to the Fitbit going on and off. I followed the instructions on how to resolve it but it does not work. I purchased both of ours at the same time. So the bottom light stays red. Pressing the button side... doesn't fell like it's a button there anymore. Help!
