I am having issues with my Fitbit Charge, the screen won’t come on but there is a flashy green light and I tried to charge and the screen still won’t come on. Why is this happening? I haven’t even had this watch for a month, can you anyone assist?

Me too! This is clearly a defective product judging by all the threads on this forum. Instead of fixing the issue or backing up their product by replacing the defective ones, they offer some useless weak discount on products of THEIR choice. They obviously don't care about their customers.

I'm not impressed at all, who ever tested this watch before it went to market needs firing. There are too many complaints for this to be a one off.

Completely agree. Do they really think I want to buy another of their products? Am I supposed to buy a new Fitbit every year and a half? I think every one of us who purchased this lousy product and can't use it any more should be reimbursed or sent a new one. I'll happily send my useless one back to them.

I was informed they removed my post complaining about my Charge 3 not working and their "solution" because it was "inflammatory". Guess we can't complain on this forum. I'm sure this will be removed as well. Thanks Fitbit.

The live chat doesn't work, Got booted after reaching number 22 twice, No reply to my Facebook message or email. I'm stuck with a fitbit which would be better used as a door stop. I've also been reading about the charge 4 and people are unimpressed.

My Charge 3 randomly started vibrating the other day, like crazy. I took it off and put it on charge and it said it was on 19%, having charged it all night. When it was 100% with the smiley face I took it off, wore during exercise and it didn't record all my movements and then died again.
Since then I haven't managed to reset it or get any screen since there were lines going on across it when it was on charge and I was pressing the button. I have tried three different power points to connect it, held it down for 8 seconds/15 seconds, taken it off and put it back on charge. I have only had it 2 years, do Fitbit's just die? I use mine everyday. I feel lost without it. Any other suggestions please?

Hi
my charge 3 also has the green light flashing constantly on the back but is doing nothing else. I have tried the short and long reboot, neither has worked and I can’t change the clock face as it’s not syncing with the app either. Please help

I would really love to hear an official response from FitBit regarding the Charge 3 line of product.
They seemed to have disappeared from this thread for several weeks now.
