The screen was so dim I could barely see the time but now it's completely dark. It still vibrates with notifications but I can't see the screen. I tried the long reset with the charging cable. It reset the device but the screen never lit up. (Yes I did it on dark to verify) I can't reset from the app. How can I get screen to light up again?
