Charge 3 won't turn on

Hello, I can't get my charge 3 screen to come on. I bought another 1 off ebay and it's the same thing won't light up. Please help,I miss my fitbit.

Hi there, @JenJen62. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 3 is not turning on. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this! 

If you haven't done so yet, please try the steps below:

1. From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the devices icon at the top-left corner.
2. Tap your Fitbit device image. 
3. Near the bottom of the page, tap Sync Now.

If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hello, thank you for your reply.  I tried what you suggested, but not luck. There's no sign on the screen at all, I think maybe I'll just my losses and upgrade.

@JenJen62 Since all the steps you tried didn't work, you have a Charge 3 and report that the screen is not turning on, I need additional information from you that would best be shared privately. I’m sharing a link to a form for you to fill out so we can look into this further.
