Charge 3 won't turn on

I am having issues with my Fitbit Charge, the screen won’t come on but there is a flashy green light and I tried to charge and the screen still won’t come on. Why is this happening? I haven’t even had this watch for a month, can you anyone assist?

Good job! I've contacted our team and apparently a case was already opened for you helped you with this situation via email hecked with our Support Team and apparently you already have a case created with them. They'll continue working with you via email.

For anyone else that is experiencing this behavior on the Charge 3, I'd recommend to check the steps posted by @AlejandraFitbit, as they've worked for others.

This happened to my fitbit between getting to work and lunchtime today ... I have tried everything, including changing the clock face ... Nothing happens ... No smiley face ... Just a black screen ... I am so disappointed ... As well as angry ... I don't have money to throw away like this ... 😡

Contact support. Assuming it's in warranty they'll replace it.

To be fair they are pretty good and quick at getting it sorted.

My fitbit was still under warranty and they sent me a replacement but they don't replace the straps

Is your current one in warranty. If so ask support for a replacement if
you've tried all the methods described here to get it to display correctly.

I followed all of the steps you recommended.  The Fitbit vibrates when I change the clock setting but it is still black.  This is the second Fitbit charge 3 that has done this.  Before it did this, when I would get my Fitbit report for the week, it only recorded half of my week.  I’m so frustrated with the Fitbit each and I’m thinking of other options for an exercise tracker other than a Fitbit.  I’m just frustrated at this moment.  I’m a runner and this watch is not serving the purpose I need it to.

Contact customer support. They will more than likely have you redo all the
things you have already tried, and then send you a new one...i had my
replacement in 24 hrs after reordering..

My charge 3 replacement arrived safely today , only took a day to arrive. Thank you. My question is can I have both my charger 2 and charge3 on my iPhone simultaneously?

I have tried all suggestions from community and still can't get it to work, My charge 3 is vibrating but not switching on

Just minutes ago, landed in the same boat as all of the above.  Went through all of the reset options, uploaded new firmware, changed faces, etc.  Fitbit is still blank. Just before it went out, the display sort of freaked out and turned into a series of lines across the top of the screen - maybe a hardware failure?

 

How do I get in touch with customer support?

I've tried all that. The Charge 3 is working,  it buzzes and vibrates. I changed the clock face, did numerous short and long reboots to no avail, the screen is still blank.  

Next idea??

Go to the Fitbit site and click on help. Gives you several options on how
to contact them

Contact customer services for a replacement. Mine arrived 2 days ago.
