I am having issues with my Fitbit Charge, the screen won’t come on but there is a flashy green light and I tried to charge and the screen still won’t come on. Why is this happening? I haven’t even had this watch for a month, can you anyone assist?

Talked to CS yesterday, very helpful, started the order process for a replacement right away. Good service so far.
Get the email, follow the link and instructions, estimated delivery Friday next week. That’s 8 calendar days.
Got the FedEx shipping notification, with delivery for Wednesday the following week. That’s 13 days from submitting the order. I didn’t know FedEx could take that long to ship from Indiana to Arizona...
C’mon, Fitbit! Carry the customer service all the way through delivery! I can get a new one in 2 days through Amazon!!

@JosephineR, thanks for letting me know that you got your replacement. About your question, yes you can have the Charge 2 and the Charge 3 in the same account. Just sync them before switching to the other device so your information can sync correctly. This and more details can be found here.
@alex8474, thanks for troubleshooting your Charge 3, and I'm sorry that the screen is still not working. I've contacted our Support Team and apparently they already took your case under their wings. They'll continue working with you via email.

brand new lilac Fitbit charge 3. Started to charge set up advised firmware update. Has never turned on will not connect now at all. Tried uninstalling app turning blue tooth on and off etc.
Did all the push the button 15 seconds plug in unplug etc again nothing
please help

I’ve tried this with new charge 3 nothing happens. Just set up never turned on prompted a firmware update. Got stuck with 3/4 of the white line on the update. Will not reconnect. Uninstalled, rebooted, blue tooth on off etc....

I tried this method yesterday as well as the 8 second method that I found in another thread.... Neither worked.
Tried again this morning, several times, and still no success.
In addition, yesterday and today, I have changed the clock face several times, change it to each clock face that is available.

Ok so I’ve had this issue recurrently. My fit bit seems to work but screen is completely blank. I plug it into the charger, hold down power button for 15-20 second. I get a couple of vibrations at start, then nothing then after several seconds I get 7 short vibrations. Then I take it off charger. Put it back on charger and smiley face comes up and it’s all good.
But, it keeps doing it. Sometimes I get a full day, sometimes it’s just 10 minutes. Is this a clock face issue?

Sounds like my issue except I didn't get the smiley face. It happened 4 or 5 times in the past and the reboot always worked, but not this time. They're sending me a new one.

Hi,
I have the same issue. Which is the power bottom?! As I can't see anything as a button. I clipped the charging cable on then plugged it in...no vibration, no face coming on, it's on medium charge at the mo but nothing comes up on the screen. Please help. Thank you

I’ve tried this a number of times , the only thing it does is vibrate for approx 8 secs in the cradle / chargerand then nothing ???!!!!
