I am having issues with my Fitbit Charge, the screen won’t come on but there is a flashy green light and I tried to charge and the screen still won’t come on. Why is this happening? I haven’t even had this watch for a month, can you anyone assist?

I've tried restarting and my Fitbit will vibrate but still nothing will come on on the screen. I've tried reinstalling the app, changing the clock face...I get vibrates on the watch but still nothing on the display.

I gave similar problem. It is fully charged but is showing yesterday’s time & progress. I tried restarting but nothing helped. It keeps vibrating in between but no green light in the back. My phone app isn’t detecting my Charge 3 either. I tried changing the block face but the Fitbit isn’t connecting to my phone. Please help

I need help as well with my Charge 3 as these all haven't worked for me - with both the 8seconds and 15 seconds hold.
I get a long vibration after the hold (and do see the green flashing lights) but after removing from the charger and plugging it again, there still is no smiley face icon.
I am trying to get it set up with a new phone and the phone is able to detect the tracker, but the app asks for me to enter number shown on the fitbit screen... except my screen does not show anything at all, so I cannot get to the syncing part to even change the clock faces. It doesn't seem like it's completely broken if the tracker can be detected?

Hi I’ve tried the long reset and now the button has stopped working, even when plugged in but the button it is randomly buzzing and the screen is flashing on and off randomly. Is there anything else I can do?

I got my Charge 3 at Christmas 2019. It stopped working end of Feb 2020 it wouldn't sync with my phone all of a sudden. I tried everything including resetting the Fitbit to factory settings and also reset my phone to factory settings. I got in touch with support was on to live chat with them for over an hour and I was banging my head off the desk cause they were getting me to do everything I had already done. They then told me that the Fitbit wasn't compatible with Android 9. I said that's funny cause its been working fine for the past 2 months on Android 9, my phone can see it but the watch doesn't communicate with my phone. Then an update came out and now it doesn't sync at all. I was then told I would have to wait until the next update came out. Several updates have come out since then and I still couldn't get it to sync. Now the Fitbit wont turn on. I had it on to charge for several hours, still nothing, all it does is vibrate constantly when you press in the button while its on charge. So not only wont it communicate with my phone, it wont switch on. I even complained about the software on Google store and they responded to me on there, I gave them an update on there and got no response, guess they didn't like to hear the truth about the Charge 3 being a useless piece of junk, cause people have been experiencing these problems since 2018, watch was a dud from the start and should have been recalled.

Hi I tried to do a soft reset but still no smiley face or nothing. My watch was buzz and glitching one day after I swim. I wiped it off and let it dry. Then charged it later that night. Nothing happened, no green lights on the back or percentage. Is there something I can do to fix my charge 3?

Same thing happened to me, except it started buzzing and glitching right after a swim. I tried several reboots and charged it all night. I got full charge smiley face, no charge exclamation points, etc. I think the batter got wet. I do not think I can call for support and get mine replaced because I have had it for quite awhile. Great watch. I will miss it.

My Fitbit charge is finally turned on but it’s showing incorrect date & time. It doesn’t sync with the app on my iPhone. I updated the app but it still shows “unable to sync”. Plus the screen is corrupted. Showing lotsa horizontal lines across the display. I can’t reach the customer support. Any help is appreciated. TAI.
