Charge 3 won't turn on

hi, i just bought charge 3, and it can't be turn on. when i plug to the charger, it's only vibrate, i try to restart it, i pressed for 8 seconds then the smiling face comes up but then it shut down again.

I have tried all options and it still won’t turn on. When I try holding the button down, it vibrates when I push it but then vibrates again 2 seconds later even though I’m still holding the button. No matter how long I try holding the button nothing appears on the screen.

Could you please confirm that you have changed a clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

Hello,

Because my charge 3 was still under warranty, Fitbit reached out and
arranged for it to be replaced with a charge 4. To be fair I have had no
difficulties with the new charge 4.

I recommend restarting the trackers. If the restart process doesn't work, perform a long restart: Plug the device into the charging cable. While the device is plugged into the charging cable, hold the button down for 15 seconds.
