My brand new charge 3 just completely died during installation - was on the charger and had almost completed stage 2 of install when it just died and phone said install failed. Now it won't vibrate, no screen, no lights- nothing! And I've tried the button for 8 seconds - absolutely no response. This is my 3rd Fitbit, even after the previous two screens died within 6 months, and to be honest I am beginning to loose all faith in these products!

Hi Alejandra,
I had one email simply asking me if it still vibrates and have had no contact since. This issue is still unresolved...
