Every few days I will check the Charge 3. I don't know why I waste my time. It just scrolls www.fitbit.com/setup . It won't turn on but today, when I wait for the www.fitbit.com/setup to stop and the screen is blank I get a frown face when I push the on button.
I feel like I need to get $149 worth of satisfaction from Fitbit. Maybe it will come in the form of a Facebook page asking people to join together to "ask" Fitbit for a refund on all these "rigorously tested" Charge 3's. I just don't see how we can post all these problems re: Charge 3 and then wait until Fitbit decides whether or not we are worth the time of day.

I understand how are you feeling and appreciate the feedback provided. Can you please tell me which troubleshoot have you tried? Did you get to pair the unit?.

My most recent Charge 3, the third Charge 3 that Fitbit has sent to me, stays completely black. I'll charge it for 2 hours, black screen. I'll take it off the charger, black screen. No vibration when pushing the on button. I suspect that the Charge 3, the latest Charge 3, was (is) someone else's return that did not work and Fitbit just passed it on to me. What else am I supposed to think. Three bad Charge 3's in a row?
