Hello,

I bought a Charge 3, 10 months ago. Yesterday, It started to show a white shadow on the display and the side button seemed to be pressed it but I did not do anything. After a couple of hours, it stopped working and then I cannot turn on again. What can I do? The warranty is still working?

Thanks for troubleshooting this display issue. If your Charge 3 isn't turning on, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there.
