Charge 3 won't turn on

Back in October the screen went patchy, and it would not sync to at all, I kept wearing it just to know the time but it was going flat after only a couple of hours. I was away at the time and it stayed safely in my suitcase until now (Life has been exceptionally busy so I kept forgetting to report this until now.)

 

Today I took it out to charge it so I can send a photo of the bad screen, however after being on charge all day it does nothing at all. I bought it in Oct 2018 when it was very first released in the UK. In 12 months of use I had to replace to strap twice and then this at just one year old! I have the original box an receipt. 

Please help.

I followed the instructions, and its still blank. I did initially  try it when it first started playing up back in October as I know it reboots the device and it didn't improve the patchy screen or sync issues then either. 

 

I also tried changing the clock face as someone suggested further down the post but it wouldn't conplete the sync, I just got the in progress bar moving for well ober a minute.
