Charge 3 won't turn on

My Charge 3 is still tracking and syncing, and will vibrate when you press the button on the side but the screen won't light up.

 

It's been nearly two days now that I've had this issue. I've tried the short reset, long reset and even tried changing the clock face, the Fitbit will vibrate to say its update but the screen won't light up. This is the fourth time I've had this issue, the last three times it's resolved after a day when I left it on the charger for a few hours but no luck this time.

 

It's incredibly frustrating that this keeps happening to me and to others but the reset fixes and clock-face changes don't work for everyone
