I got a Fitbit Charge 3 handed down to me but it was in good shape. I accidentally got it in water and now it won’t turn on. I powered it off and now when I try powering it on it has the white progress bar go across and when it finishes it doesn’t have a smiley face it just stays in the progress bar. When I take it off the charger it goes back to a blank screen. Can anyone help me?

Hi there @Upsetjosiah, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided about your Charge 3's behavior.
If can see condensation inside the screen, dry rice may work temporarily but the problem is likely to reoccur. In most cases water damaged devices aren't covered under warranty, but it depends on the model. Contact Customer Support if you're unsure.
Let me know if there's anything else I may do to help you.
